Since returning to school this term, our Computing teacher has noticed that every time she teaches a lesson, the Swift Playground students have previously downloaded, has been offloaded. It wastes a considerable amount of time having to re-download it in the lesson, only to have to do it over again the following lesson.
I have spoken to Apple about switching off 'offloading app content' on student iPads, but it is greyed out on iPads with Managed Apple ID's, so I'm assuming it's a setting in Meraki that needs adjusting. Can anyone advise me if this is possible, and if so, where to find the setting?
