New Meraki Setup, sign in ti itunes.....

Hi

I have just moved 70 ipads from another MDM to Meraki.

They are all DEP and I have just reset one and the profile has deployed and it is now gone from orange to green and in the devices.

I have connected to ASM and all my apps are showing.

There are a couple of apps I have set to test deployment and the device is asking for me to sign into iTunes.

I think the devices is supervised and I have connected Meraki to the ASM.

What am I missing here as the app is not silently deploying.

I have been looking at other posts but still stuck with this.

Sounds like a Tagging issue.

If itunes login is requested when installing the applications, it occurs when the registered apps 'Purchase method' is 'do not use VPP'.

I think the solutions would be to select 'VPP device assignment' for the 'Purchase method' of the app that requires itunes login and try 'app sync' again.

Or, 'Vpp sync' may not work normally in the VPP page.
Try 'force sync now' by pressing 'sync' at the top right of the VPP page.

I found that there was one app was causing the problem.

Removed this and all the other went through.
