My organization have a meraki Enterprise Systems Manager license and i need to add or purchase one Meraki license for my iPhone 15 pro max, what type of Meraki license I should buy?

The Systems Manager licenses don't differentiate between different devices. Just get the needed amount for the same license that you have.

With systems manager the only options for licensing is the license length i.e. 1,3 or 5 years.
search for LIC-SME-1YR and you'll find it. replace the 1 with 3 or 5, as appropriate
