Meraki System Manager is not picking up the Device Serial Number

Meraki System Manager is not picking up the Device Serial Number

So I recently enrolled 3 devices to our system manager but for some reason, System Manager is not picking up the serial number of the device. I't just showing as unknown

Is there an answer to this question? I am in the same boat. How do we capture the serial numbers automatically with the IMEI as well for the device?

Which enrollment type are you using? Work profile or Device owner?

On personal devices with a work profile, Android 12 or higher removes access to device hardware identifiers (IMEI, MEID, serial number) and provides a unique, enrollment-specific ID that identifies the work profile enrollment for a specific organization.
