Meraki SM has stopped working

Hello friends,


We have a suite of Galaxy XCover 4 (Android 9) devices which are deployed with Meraki SM in Device Owner mode.


Recently, on 2 of our devices, the Meraki SM endpoint app keeps crashing (v 5.8.2) - the app does not open, and devices are showing as continuously offline therefore not receiving any settings or apps pushed to them.


I have wiped the devices and set them up again, only to find the issue returns a couple of days later.


Unfortunately, our devices are locked out of debug mode by default, and I cant enable it because the app isn't pulling the latest updates.


Any ideas or solutions as to what the cause could be?
