Android Kiosk Mode

I am wanting to use Kiosk mode to make life simple for a new company division. 

I cannot however seem to control screen rotation with Android restrictions. I would like to lock in portrait view but I cannot see where to do this, if anyone has a solution I would love to hear from you. 

We are using Android Enterprise - Meraki managed - Hardware is Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 3

This feature should be with us shortly. I don't have a date, but it's currently in development.
