MDM device enrollment with Apple M2 chip

Has anyone tried enrolling a device with an Apple M2 chip? I have 2 devices that are Apple M2 out the box and the profile installation is failing. I've deleted the profile, started again, restarted the device, but it keeps failing and I believe it may be a compatibility issue with the new Apple M2 chip....thoughts? Help!

I'm having the exact same problem. It doesn't present a reason for the profile installation failure.
