MDM Agent \ License Recover\Device no longer avaiable

Has anyone figured out how to remove a device and recover a license from that device with out having access to the device. We have alot of lost\stolen\ who knows where they are and we need to recover that license so we can add new devices. This are all PC's

While we don't do PCs here on Meraki I do manage 500+ iOS devices.  I imagine its the same process?

Under Device List, select the PC/Devices and then select Delete -> Remove from Network.

This frees up licenses for our iOS devices, and it's practically instant once you refresh the license page.
