Lost Passcode, Not In System Manager

I have a DEP-registered iPhone for which I have lost the Passcode. Additionally, the phone is not showing in System Manager. How can I regain control of this device?

Your only option is to factory reset the device.

I guess you've checked https://documentation.meraki.com/SM/Monitoring_and_Reporting/Activation_Lock_for_iOS_Devices
I ran into a similar issue with a user which phone died until we could hard reset it, we had to use company's ABM account accreditations to unlock it.
So maybe if you hard reset it, it might ask for an account to unlock it. You'd then be able to enroll it again.
