I, too, need to assign a static IP to an iPad. Everything is configured on the Verizon side but I have no way to change the APN on the iPad. Cellular Network settings are disabled and I can't find anything in Meraki to affect that.

I can use Facetime; that is not the issue. I want to know the related SM Restrictions necessary in order to allow Facetime to be used.

These phones are Supervised. I tried enabling 2-factor authentication with my phone number but the user can change the AppleID password and Trusted Phone Number without triggering anything other than a notice after the fact to the rescue email address. I want to block the user from making any changes to the AppleID. We have had too many instances of users leaving devices logged into iCloud with personal accounts and forgotten passwords.

I have a DEP-registered iPhone for which I have lost the Passcode. Additionally, the phone is not showing in System Manager. How can I regain control of this device?

I assign a company AppleID to a device and wish to prevent a user from signing out and then using their personal AppleID. Fewer than half of my devices are enrolled in DEP at this point.

I think that only applies to Managed apps. I want to be able to switch data off completely and not allow the user to turn it back on.
