Issues with Samsung Galaxy A04S on Meraki MDM

Afternoon,

 

I've spent all day trying to get 1 phone to join the Meraki Dashboard, by using various methods.  Initially the phone was on Android 12, but this was upgrade to 13.

 

I keep getting an error saying can not enroll.
Also getting issues trying to create the AWS account.

 

Any help much appreciated as I have 8 of these to do all identical.

Have you tested it with another phone on the same version?

I am not a Cisco Meraki employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.

Does the phone specifications say it supports Android Enterprise?  Without this feature it won't work.
