Hi all,
Today we've been getting the following error messages on our iPads, just wondering are we the only ones seeing this? Thanks.
Remote Management screen >> Press the Next button >> this is what we get:
Error message 1: Invalid Profile
Error message 2: Profile Installation Failed. Profile Failed to Install
Things we've tried:
- Remove iPad from ASM DEP and re-added it again
- DFU Mode
- Supervise the device without DEP
- Delete Server & Organization from AC2 and re-added them again
- Tried multiple Networks within our Organisation in Meraki SM
- Tried using a different Apple Lightning Cable
- Tried using different models of iPads
- Tried using a different Mac
- Tried using a different WIFI
- Tried all things above in a completely different location
I've started a support case with Meraki Support already and they're super helpful. Since we manage quite a few schools across the state in South Australia, we would prefer not having to wait until Monday or else our phones will ring like crazy.
Any help / suggestion would be appreciated, thanks and have a nice weekend!
