As of a few days ago, Systems Manager launched some new capability that allows you to not only see devices that have applications that are sideloaded (from a 3rd party App Store, say), but also to take action (remove a managed app, put the device into kiosk mode, or even, if you're using web hooks, etc, and with a little scripting, automatically wipe a device)
I personally feel that 3rd party app stores will be a Pandora's box that, once opened, with create all sorts of havoc. So, if you're based in a territory where 3rd party app stores will be mandated, then please take a look here:
