Having trouble downloading the SM Agent on Windows

I have been trying to download SM Agent on my laptop but i am unable to download. It says the installer is being built, please wait a moment and then it gets stuck there and nothing happens.

What happens if you use a different browser?

I tried it in different browsers but still it gives the same error. I guess something wrong on their end.

@Sukhman Do you have a firewall that is blocking .msi files from being downloaded?

Can you try a different internet connection and see if the problem follows your device, I have never seen the error you are describing before.

I have the same issue in diferent connections. Tested in other browsers too.

Has 2 days trial licence and cant install agent SM.

Windows 10 MDM ok.
