I have two Google Pixel 3 phones that will not connect to our Meraki VPN.  We use L2TP.  The connections are unsuccessful.  they use Android 11 OS.

One uses Google Fi VPN and it's unsuccessful.  The other doesn't use Google Fi VPN and doesn't have L2TP as an option.
