Enable multiple accounts on android device once in Meraki MDM

Once we enroll a device in Meraki MDM, the ability to have multiple accounts on the device is taken away. How does one go about getting that feature back or turned on?

Assuming that each account is known to SM, you can actually log in and out using the SM app. This will give you an experience similar to what you are used to. However, it's doesn't completely replicate the ability to have multiple accounts

What's the use case?

Assuming that each account is known to SM? Can you expand on this? What is SM? Once we enroll the device in Meraki, it removes the ability to have multiple accounts for different desktop setups.

If you go to Systems Manager > Owners in the Meraki Dashboard: This is where your users would "exist". Of course, you could also use Azure / AD / Suite / SAML and OpenID Connect to by going to Systems Manager > General > End User Authentication settings
