Disabling Apple Relay in Systems Manager

I have been suggested to disable devices from using Apple Relay instead of trying to open it up right now on our firewall.  Is there a setting in Systems Manager that I can disable iPads from using Apple Relay?  It should be a setting to "Turn Private Relay off" but when searching for this, I cannot find that setting.

The only way I can think of doing this is by disabling iCloud full stop. I haven't seen a MDM payload specifically for Private relay.

Edit : Apple does support this but I suspect it hasn't been implemented into Meraki SM yet.
