Disable MacOS Update Notifications?

Hi all,

With the release of Catalina, I'd like to completely disable the intrusive MacOS update notifications that users get. I know we can do this manually via System Preferences > Software Updates, but is there a way I can do this for all of our devices via Systems Manager?

this:

sudo softwareupdate --ignore "macOS Catalina"

as a command, I deployed via ARD - not that that helps but may get you further along
