DEP Sync Issue

DEP Sync Issue

We are using ASM and Meraki MDM to manage 60 school iPads.  I am trying to add a new device, but I cannot get MDM to sync with Apple.    When I try to sync on the System Manager > Manage > DEP page I get the following error:

 

Sync failed:Unable to complete your current operation. Please try again later.

 

I have checked our Apple MDM Certificate, and it is showing as valid until October 2019.  Any thought on what could cause this sync issue?

It happens from time to time.  Chances are if you come back to it tomorrow it will be working.

 

You could try logging into your Apple school account and make sure if doesn't pop up with some new terms and conditions which Apple needs you to accept before using it further.  I've had that issue as well.

Force it with "Full Sync" I get the message also from time to time when just attempting DEP dashboard. Clicking "Full sync" gets me all devices
