Cisco System Manager is blocking the installation

I have a device with Cisco System Manager installed, I'm trying to install an app on this device through a link, but Cisco System Manager is blocking the installation process, how can I, through Cisco System Manager, allow this app to be downloaded on this device

Firstly, what's your device type? If Android, you HAVE to be explicit with regards to restrictions: For a fully managed device, if you haven't put a restriction on the device to ALLOW the installation of apps, then you won't be able to install apps
