Cannot install education payload on iPads

We have iPads in the school and use Meraki to push the education payload linked with ASM. Over the weekend, it seems this was broken and we now get an error message:

Code: 1000

Domain: MCProfileErrorDomain

Error: The profile "Profile Name" is invalid

Error: "The payload "Payload Name" is invalid

Error: A user with the identifier "strong string numbers" could not be found.

I called Meraki and they don't know what's going on. They are escalating. Any thoughts?

Have you verified the cert is good?

Have you checked the time is correct on the iPad before deploying?

Yep. Verified cert and tokens are all good and sync is working.

Are you managing the domain/cert with IIS internally?

This sound that APPLE DEP servers are wrong

Check in MERAKI MdM

Organization -> MDM

       Apple MDM push certificate  -->  Test Certificate  

       Apple DEP Servers --->Token Expire ????

       VPP Account --> Token Expire ???

Attention: I suppose the same meraki network and good profiles
