Can't remove Management Profile from iPad

Hi

 

we have an iPad that I deleted in our MDM, but on the iPad, the Management Profile still appears in the settings. If I try to enroll the device again, it says it's unable to because there is another profile already on the device. I only did this because in the MDM it said I needed to remove and re-enroll it because it was having problems adding/updating the profiles. How can I remove the management profile?

Unless you have a particular reason to not reset this iPad, the easiest way to fix it will be to reset it and allow the iPad to complete the enrollment process.

Thanks, that was something I tried, but it does not seem that there is a way to fully factory reset.
