Block Site categories on Android devices

Hi All,

 

I've got about 50 devices running both Android 5 and Android 7, I need to block site based on the following categories:

 

Child Abuse
Discrimination
Drug Abuse
Explicit Violence
Extremist Groups
Hacking
Illegal or Unethical
Plagiarism
Proxy Avoidance
Abortion
Advocacy Organizations
Alcohol
Alternative Beliefs
Dating
Gambling
Lingerie and Swimsuit
Marijuana
Nudity and Risque
Other Adult Materials
Pornography
Sex Education
Sports Hunting and War Games
Tobacco
Weapons (Sales)

I recommend Cisco Umbrella deployed with Systems Manager for this. You can install Umbrella and the Umbrella configuration on Android (and other platforms) via Meraki Systems Manager to obtain DNS filtering on devices.

Do you have an MX?  If so, use content filtering.

If you want the content filtering to happen no matter where they are located, look at Cisco Umbrella.

I thought I'd just add this on for records sake, though this does work for the devices running android 6+ it does not work on my devices running android 5.
