I am having a problem doing a bulk update of the notes field using a CSV. I have done it for the last 2 years when we get our new batch of iPads for the school year, but this year it doesn't seem to be working any help would be great

I've never tried updating notes through a CSV file. I have tried updating owners and if the CSV file was too big, the process would fail.

How many are you trying to do at once? If I remember right I had to keep it at about 200 or less to make sure it would complete.

I found what the issue was. I believe it had to do with downloading the csv from a google sheet. If I made a CSV and copied the information into the file it worked even if I tried to do 550.

Glad you were able to get it squared away. I wonder if some non-standard character was getting added then.
