I found what the issue was. I believe it had to do with downloading the csv from a google sheet. If I made a CSV and copied the information into the file it worked even if I tried to do 550.

Same Issue again this year anyone have any advice or need more information from me.

I am having a problem doing a bulk update of the notes field using a CSV. I have done it for the last 2 years when we get our new batch of iPads for the school year, but this year it doesn't seem to be working any help would be great Thanks
