Android 8.1.0 and Managed Apps

Android 8.1.0 and Managed Apps

We have Verizon Android Samsung J7V phones and recently they have started updating to Android 8.1.0.

 

After upgrading to Android 8.1.0... when an end user goes into the Meraki app, then into Managed Apps, it spins/clocks for about 10 minutes before it spawns the Managed Apps.  There are no other noticed side effects except that it takes 10 minutes every time when trying to open Managed Apps.

 

Has anyone seen this or know how to fix?

I haven't had it takes 10 minutes, but I have had it take a while (maybe 1 minute) on earlier versions of Android.
