1 to 1 iPads - Schoolwork assignment attachments not working

Hi all,

I've recently setup a class set of 1 to 1 iPads by following the Meraki guide. After testing out the assignments on Schoolwork though I've found that the student iPads cannot open any attachments I send to them. The error message I receive is:

Document cannot be opened - Make sure "Document" is available in your "Maths Group" Schoolwork folder in the Files app, or try again later.

Handout: number

userID: Student Apple ID

Handout state: Published, Successfully Authenticated,

errorCode: failedToOpen, noSuitableUrlForAsset, 2

Does anyone know which setting might be blocking this? I've made sure to enable all iCloud settings I can see.
