The client is looking at a budget of $4000-5000 inclusive HW & License of 300-400 users.

Consider that they have multiple branches so SD-WAN is a plus.

i was considering to deploy cisco firepower but then  the challenge was he told me he has a budget of between $4k-$5k 

so i had to deploy MX100 and you know what that i closed that deal the customer was satisfied and happy
