Hey there,
Have a weird one here. I am unable to login with my email address. When I try, it gives me an "Invalid Email/Password combination". When I try to reset my password, I get the "Your request to reset your password failed" error.
When I try to sign up using that same email address, I get an error about the account already existing. I get the status emails of my equipment when I lose power, etc.
Has anyone ran into this before?
