[Service Outage] GX20 Reboots

We are aware of an ongoing issue involving the GX20 devices rebooting unexpectedly. Our development team is currently working on determining the cause as well as resolving the issue. 

There is currently a workaround that is available but it requires intervention from our Support Engineers. If you are experiencing this issue, please create a case and an engineer will be able to assist you from there.

Thank you for your patience with this. Our Support and Engineering teams have rolled out fixes that should prevent the issue from continuing. If you are still seeing your GX20 reboot every day, please open a case with our Support team and we will be able to assist.
