Meraki Go - Network Error - Unable to view switch ports

I need to make some vLAN changes on my Go switch (24port PoE) and when attempting to view all ports, I get the error:

 

Network Error

There was a problem with that request, try again and contact support if the problem continues.  

Retry / Cancel

 

I've waited a period of time (a day) and the issue persists.  Any help?

We see that you are having an issue making changes to your Meraki GO switch.

 

To get a better understanding of the issue, can you let us know if you are experiencing the issue on the mobile app (iOS/Android) or the web app (https://web.meraki-go.com/)?

 

Can you try making the changes on the web app (https://web.meraki-go.com/) via a browser's private/incognito mode?

Thanks Tony - 

It's both app and online (multiple browsers and two ISPs that I have immediate access to).  I've added a secondary admin and some of the issue, not all, occur with admin 2 as well.  I've got a ticket open and am working with support.  I've had this before, it was a few years ago.
