Dashboard Login Error - Invalid API Key

Can someone help here.... I have messaged Meraki directly and after two weeks I have not had a reply.

I can not log in to the dashboard on either the app or the browser.  All I get is the Invaild API key and then I get emails from the Meraki portal giving me codes for random customer's on our dashboard.

I have removed the app on the phone and reinstalled it, I have tried different browsers and even in private mode as well.

Where can I go, who can help please.  One customer has now had enough and has now off boarded from me as I can no longer provide help.

It's a bit complicated, but does anyone else have access besides you?

If so, is the error the same for others who have access?

I don't think we'll be able to help you much here, only Meraki support will.

Yeah, I saw this and this is why I tried to remove the app from my phone and then install a fresh copy.

I have tried a new laptop so no saved info, etc and private windows the lot and nothing works.

But thank you for your suggestions

Well, in this case, I believe that only support can really help.

The problem is I can't raise a proper support ticket as I can't log into either the app or web portal so I'm a bit stuck here

Another option besides calling is to fill out this form: https://meraki.cisco.com/meraki-support/open-a-support-case/

This form should work for you as a Meraki Go customer.

Thank you, I have found the page and I have now submitted a case and had a case ID back, so hopefully I might get back onto the platform again - many thanks..... they really don't make this easy!!

Are you logging into the correct portal/app for the customer's services? Meraki Go and Meraki are not the same product line and have different web portals and apps, if you are logging into the wrong one I would expect an error.

If that is not the case, I believe I have seen this once or twice where there was an account conflict of some kind (for example,  someone had an email account on an organization and then tried to log in with SAML that was tied to the same email), seems like a long shot but I wonder if having a Meraki Go account would conflict with a regular Meraki account...we don't have Meraki Go here so I have no way to test personally.

Many thanks for your message.  On the app there is only one option to do this as its specifically for the the Go dashboard, the website is also specifically for the Go platform only and branded as such.  The odd thing is that when we try and log in to either of these platforms we get sent a random emails giving a code for different ones of our clients specific sub dashboards.  Something really messed up on our log in.
