Meraki Go Support - Cannot open Support Cases

Hi All.

 

We have 3x Meraki Go switches which are stuck in a continuous loop where they try to update firmware, then reboot.  This has been happening for 2 days.  Tried to raise a case on the portal which just spins and doesn't give us the option to do anything (on all browsers).

 

There is no telephone support available and no email to contact support.  Does anyone have an email address to raise a ticket?
