We use the WAN health monitoring solution and it's been down for 2 days.
I opened a case with support and the technician doesn't even know what's going on. He said to just wait it out a few days...
Sorry but we won't do that since we paid over 10k for this.
There needs to be service outage notices and we need this fixed.

I double checked and we are still having the same issue unfortunately. It's not our on prem network as this issue follows on multiple networks.
What is shard 199?
In the address bar for the dashboard you will have n***.meraki.com. The *** is the shard. It looks to me like it is failing on some shards.
we are on shard 10.
Also working for me , but I'm in the Beta program with the new UI.
Zero issues here with that. Have you tried to access that page in an In-Private Browser to sort out issues with Browser extendions etc.?
