It looks more like a portChannel

It is actually just a normal single wire (well two fibres) link, no port/ether channel here, though it does actually look more like that!  There is another cable running the same route but STP keeps that closed, perhaps it is indicating that?

Actually it is a complete mess, see below where the VLAN interface on a Cisco IOS switch stack is shown as being on an MS120 with the same link being a trunk (one cable) to 2 ports on the same Cisco IOS switch stack...

Asumed to be shown the same between MR and MS, as it is a trunk as well.
