How many swichtes, mx and access points per engineer

Maybe a little bit off topic, but i am curious about what you guys use in your IT department. 

How many accesspoints, mx and switches devices are or can be implemtend and/or managed by a single network enigneer? 

With a change rate of around 100 changes a day.

@JohanPlukon the change rate is more important than the quantity.  As a small part of a role I was managing 140 APs, 50 switches and 25 MXs as there were only a handful of changes each day.
