Issue with Expired Cisco Meraki CMNE-F Certificate

Dear Support Team,

I am pleased to inform you that I have successfully completed the Cisco Meraki Network Engineer (CMNE-F) certification today. However, I encountered an issue as I received an expired certificate.

Could you please assist in resolving this issue and provide the correct, valid certificate at your earliest convenience?

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.

Hi @Varad_Phadke,

Thank you for bringing up your concern. I want to confirm that the CMNE-F certificate does not have an expiration date. The clock icon and the message "certificate is expired" displayed on your transcripts are purely for reference and are not related to the content of your transcripts. Instead, they serve as a reminder for users of the expiration date on certificates, which may be confusing when displayed above your certification.

Additionally, you can download your CMNE-F certificate as proof of completion. Please let me know if you can't download this document.

I will share your feedback with our User Experience (UX) team to improve the clarity of the language. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Kind of a big deal

I think that is just indicating that the certificate doesn't have an expiry date.

This is not really the right place for this.  Where did you did you do this course?
