wireless.getNetworkWirelessLatencyHistory non returning data

Hi,

  for some networks (with or without an MX) this API returns null for avgLatencyMs.

From the documentation this latency should be calculated by each AP sniffing the traffic (time between packet and corresponding ACK) but for some networks it is always null.

Previously with v0 API we got always the value.

I was actually looking into this behaviour this morning, it appears to affect some models but not all, which device model do you have, and which firmware version are you running in it?

Hi, with firmware 28.6 (any model) it doesn't report any latency information.

27.7.1 works with MR52, not always with MR74.

That does not correlate with my findings, the different MR52s that I tested with, all worked on the 27.7.1, 28.6, and 28.6.1, one example is provided below for an MR52 on 28.6.1

Can you please tell me which models you specifically tried with?

Furthermore, I do suggest that you raise a case with support so that you can be informed of any updates in relation to this issue.

MR74 with wireless-27-7-1 does NOT WORK

MR52 with wireless-27-7-1 WORK

MR46 with wireless-28-6-1 does NOT WORK

MR36 with wireless-28-6 does NOT WORK

MR56 with wireless-28-6 does NOT WORK

MR46 with wireless-28-6 does NOT WORK

It seems only MR52 works with any firmware
