I just checked and tested this. I can confirm that the values are Kilobytes.

 

I will pass on the feedback to the team to update the documentation.

It doesn't specify in that API Endpoint but in "Get Network Client Usage History" it says usage data is in kilobytes. I would say it would be the same for this endpoint.
