Rebind a template via API

Hi all, 

I'm building a script to merge a customer's networks and I need to rebind the old networks to the new template before they will merge. In the dashboard there is a rebind option, but I can't find one in the API. Can I just bind the new template if the network has an existing one, or do I need to unbind and then bind to the new template? Or is there a hidden call that I can't see?

I don't know the answer.

I would expect you would need to unbind/rebind.  Note it will lose its previously configured subnet so you might need to put that back after such an operation.
