Port Status on MX68CW

Hello everyone!

I have worked with the Meraki python library for about a year now and have liked it. However, there is an issue that I run into from time to time.
The MX is a security appliance, but I am looking to get the port statuses of the device. This poses a problem due to the MX being a security appliance and not a switch. This is the ideal call for me to make, but it doesn't work due to the described issue: https://developer.cisco.com/meraki/api-v1/#!get-device-switch-ports-statuses
Does anyone know of a way to work around this?

There is also no overview/list on the dashboard.

There was at some point.. but they removed it. I think because it was inaccurate.

So unfortunately this info is also not available using api.
