Hi,
we can change VLANs, Firewall and nearly everthing else now. But if the change the VLANS, we need to change the DHCP Settings too, or configure this initial DHCP config (relay to xxx - No DHCP- Own DHCP for each VLAN)
Or do i miss the point and that is available ?

All,
Thank you for the feedback. This capability was released to our REST API last month as part of the VLAN configuration APIs. Learn more here:

+1 for adding this to the API. Would cost us much less time for provisioning large deployments.
Following up - This is a huge issue for us. We have been able to automate most of the deployment, but manual DHCP config is a significant bottleneck. When we are deploying hundreds of MXs in a short amount of time, we really need to be able to automate DHCP scope config as well.
Ditto for my customers. This seems to be a real nuisance.
We are a big shop here and we really could do with an API for DHCP configuration.
I'd like to see it, just to be able to get statistics from the api, so we can monitor usage to ensure that we don't run into any issues with full scopes.
Encounter the same issue, and hunting for the solution...
Multiple VLANs creation to about 100 sites but just can't "disable DHCP server" to the VLANs.
+1 We need this functionality as well.
All,
Please continue to make a wish for the feature within your dashboard. I'm a Cisco employee and I know that they get evaluated. Hopefully the evaluation is weighted towards larger customers which is were we see the demand.
Hey Crew, the feature request is in place for this, but as @HenryPinera stated, keep making wishes for it, that does have an impact if we do it in concert. I'd suggest making the wish from the corresponding DHCP page in Dashboard so the wish analytics tools properly categorize it.
And even better, send a quick email that you need this and how you intend to use it, and get it to your local Meraki reps, so they can add your account to the FR, and also ping the API team internally. The combination of these things helps with the visibility and prioritization.
This API endpoint for DHCP settings should certainly come in time. Sorry I have no ETA for now. Remember that 2 years ago, there was no API to speak of, and now there are over 25 million calls/day against the Meraki API, partners and customers are now truly leveraging Meraki as a development platform, and new API endpoints are being developed all the time. This one too should just be a combination of time, demand and priority.

While great progress, it would be ideal if this was also work with configuration templates.
While great progress it would be ideal to also have it available via Configuration Templates.
