I can attest to this. We had to clear out every credential, API key record, etc. we had created for this plugin, and then recreated each slowly and carefully, as well as to make sure the Meraki portal allowed our ServiceNow "Source" IP address range(s). As long as you correctly add the numerical "Org ID" in the System Property "organization_ids_to_import", then, when it creates an Affinity record, it should match this and run successfully. Also, there may be two places you need to enter a Connection Alias - BOTH should be the "x_caci_sg_meraki.MerakiConnectionAlias" installed with the SG Connector. At the risk of being obvious, Logs are your friend, including following the error path to the referenced source scripts, script includes, etc..
