How to get device' one certain App version?

We have many networks and each network has enrolled some devices like iPads. I would like to use API to get each devices information. In the API library, can't find which API should I use. The device there mostly is referring to Meraki device, like firewall, AP, switch, but not the end user.

If you are managing the devices using Meraki Systems Manager, you could try

https://developer.cisco.com/meraki/api-v1/get-network-sm-device-softwares/

If the devices aren't managed with SM there's no way through the API to access internal device info.
