Export clients org-wide for specific VLAN's

Does anyone have a way to export all clients org wide that are on a specific VLAN or set of VLAN's?  When trying to export all clients org wide now it exceeds max execution time, looking for a way for it to filter down and speed it up so it doesn't time out.  Thank you,

You would have to write a script and use the API to do this.

One of the parameters is "perPage" so you can get the data in chunks.
