API to rename and add notes to new Access points

HI I am new to using API's so I am just checking to see if there is an API that will allow me to rename and add notes to 89 new Access points, there is already a csv file with the serial number to new name conversion.

Or if someone can point me in a direction

You can probably use the "Bulk Network Creation" tool.  You won't be actually creating any new networks, but it does allow you to bulk add devices from a CSV and specify both a name and notes.
