change Cisco Meraki AP MR26 in different dashboard

Hello

I have Cisco Meraki AP MR26, the reseller has it registered in his own dashboard, and I want to pass it to the dasboard that was generated for internal use of the company where I work.

The reseller says he can not unsubscribe the AP so I can claim it.

My question is: do I only require that they unsubscribe it from their dashboard so I can claim it? or is it more complex than that?

If they unclaim it and you have the serial number you can claim it.  This should not be an issue.

Licenses are not transferrable though so you would need to have available or purchase.
