can meraki tac convert MS advanced licences back to enterprise

We loaded some switches on the dashboard with advanced -- but realized -we want them all as enterprise  --- reading here its possible with MX but what about --MS--

we have an MX on Advanced but I know you need to have the same feature within the same product set -- (So all MS need to be one level and the same for MRs)

But its common practice to have the MX on say Advanced and the MS on  enterprise and the MR on enterprise - i just need to level up the MS to enterprise

It is not possible to convert licenses, the only way is to purchase the correct license.

Been told different by the meraki AM-- i will take it up with them

As you say - it’s certainly possible with MXs as I’ve done that in the past.  Had to wait a little while before the license was processed.  If you’re early on in the sales process they may ask you to RMA and then buy a new lic.
