access SSID and the change password?
Good morning, Is it possible to create a guest SSID where the user registers with their data, is authorized to use WiFi and where the password change is required every 30 days?

Natively, Meraki does not offer this feature. You can create a user with an expiration date, or use a voucher with an expiration date, but it does not allow for auto-renewal.
I am not a Cisco Meraki employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.

You can use the guest self-registration system (if you are using a splash page).
I am not aware of any built-in system for making a user change their password based on time elapsed.
+1 to @alemabrahao . Splash Access is very good.
