Floor plan is not saving after configuring? Anyone else having issue or am I missing something?

Yes, I had this issue a few weeks ago. Lasted a few days. Then it finally resolved by “magic”.

What format is the floor plan in and what size is it?

Sometimes when I have had an issue I save it in another format like PNG.  I notice that smaller floor plans (say under 2MB to 3MB) "perform" much better as well.

Appears this has been corrected. I opened up the Map and floor plans tab and found all my floor plans saved. I created another one and verified it was saved immediately. Hope it is working for others as well.
